Anne will lead us through the mechanics and benefits of Tai Chi Walking, breaking down the practice so you can understand it and bring it to others. Based on the Yang 24 form movement called Parting the Wild Horse’s Mane, this way of moving, when done repeatedly, has surprising power to activate balance, leg strength, proprioception, and core strength. It’s a lovely, meditative practice and enhances other tai chi learning.

For more information, email Anne at anniebower71@gmail.com

A recording will be available afterwards, for those who can’t attend live as well as those who want to review the session.

This 90-minute session is $15.

Independent instructors or current or potential tai chi students can attend this workshop by adding this item to their cart and completing their online purchase with a credit card. Alternatively, you can send a check to our Treasurer (mailing address at bottom of page), noting which workshop you are registering for.

*Remember, if you’re a Tai Chi Vermont volunteer instructor sponsored by an Area Agency on Aging, be sure to enter the code you received so you can checkout for $0.
