Workplace Wellness & Tai Chi

A simple 15-30 minute tai chi practice is easy to incorporate into the workday. No one needs fancy clothes or special equipment—tai chi can be done in the office, lobby, hallway, yard, parking lot, or garage.

Your tai chi program might be led by videos, an in-house instructor, or a certified instructor from an organization such as Tai Chi Vermont. With approximately 100 instructors throughout Vermont, Tai Chi Vermont would be happy to help you get started.
