Stay tuned for info about 2026 Fall Prevention Tai Chi and Sun 73 Forms training! In the meantime, follow the links below for the recordings of the fall and winter Enrichment Workshops.

• When you register, training videos will be sent to you so that you can pre-learn the tai chi movements. The energy you put into your pre-learning will help you succeed in becoming a safe and effective instructor.

• Please remember that Tai Chi Vermont now requires a $50 registration fee for all certification trainings. If your affiliated Area on Aging is supporting your training, they may refund the $50 once you’ve completed your volunteer commitment.

• 2026 Fall Prevention trainings will take place between April and October. Registration opens three months before the training begins, and closes one month before. Registration for the first training (level 1) opens January 10.

• 2026 Sun 73 Forms certification and recertification training will take place in September. Leader Ellie Hayes is setting up four in-person Enrichment sessions to take place beforehand. Information about these will be coming to this page soon.
